The Sigenergy Extended Warranty provides an additional 5 years of warranty cover for eligible Sigenergy products, helping customers protect their investment beyond the standard warranty period. This extension is available for selected products including Sigen Battery, Sigen Energy Controller, Sigen Hybrid Inverter, Sigen PV Inverter MAX and Sigen Gateway.
To qualify, the extended warranty must be purchased and
activated within 12 months of the product being installed, activated and
registered on site. The total warranty period, including the standard warranty
and extension, must not exceed 15 years.
Warranty cover may include hardware material costs, labour
costs for repair or replacement, and standard shipment costs for replacement
parts, subject to Sigenergy’s warranty terms.
