SWL pallet deliveries can now be followed every step of the way.

Beginning Monday 13th July 2026, our customers will have full visibility of all SWL pallet deliveries with our new live tracking feature.

Once your delivery is on its way, you'll receive a text message containing a tracking link. This gives you real-time updates, including the vehicle's location, how many stops away the driver is, and a live one-hour delivery window that automatically updates if there are delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

This gives you better visibility of your delivery, helps you plan your day, and means fewer calls chasing delivery updates.

★ To receive tracking updates, please ensure a valid mobile number is entered on the shipping page when placing your order.

You can find your Account Manager's contact details in the account contacts section on the left, including their phone number and email address.

You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. You'll receive email updates with tracking information as well.

You can update your account information by going to your account settings page and editing your details.

Yes, you can return selected items from an order without returning the entire order.

When submitting your return, include a description of the issue and upload clear images of the product and packaging.

Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed by our team. You will receive an email update once it has been processed.

Yes, all returns and their statuses can be viewed from the 'Orders' page.

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
