Our Tesla Clamshell Collection Service Has Returned!

As all Powerwall installers will know, disposing of the bespoke Tesla packaging is far from straightforward.

To help make it simpler, Segen’s dedicated Tesla Clamshell Collection Service has returned and is now simpler than ever!

Instead of arranging your own transport or letting empty clamshells pile up, you’ll soon be able to book a direct pickup straight from your site.

How the Service Works

Every month, our collection service will focus on specific regions across the UK. Sign up with the number of clamshells you have and your site address via the link below, and a member of our team will reach out to you with a collection date as soon as we’re in your area!

What's Next?

The first wave of pickups is scheduled to begin on the 21st of September. To be eligible for collection, you’ll need to fill out the form below by the 18th of September.

You can find your Account Manager's contact details in the account contacts section on the left, including their phone number and email address.

You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. You'll receive email updates with tracking information as well.

You can update your account information by going to your account settings page and editing your details.

Yes, you can return selected items from an order without returning the entire order.

When submitting your return, include a description of the issue and upload clear images of the product and packaging.

Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed by our team. You will receive an email update once it has been processed.

Yes, all returns and their statuses can be viewed from the 'Orders' page.

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
