If you are adding battery modules to a pre-existing EQ stack, it’s important that the new batteries are compatible with your original battery modules. Please contact your Technical person via the portal and provide a photograph of the original battery stack to help us determine correct compatibility.
Compatibility: Heated and non-heated battery versions can be used together in the same system. For example, a non-heated master unit can be connected to heated slave units, and a heated master unit can be connected to non-heated slave units. However, if any battery in the system does not support heating, the heating function will be disabled for the entire system.
