If something isn't right with your order, starting a return is straightforward. Once an order has been placed and shipped, you'll see the option to start a return from your orders list.
You can kick things off in two ways: start a return directly from the orders list, or open up a specific order and begin the return from there.
Selecting your items
Choose the products you'd like to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return. Depending on the reason, we may ask for a bit more information to help us process things smoothly.
If your item is damaged or defective, you'll be asked to describe the issue and upload supporting images so our team has everything they need to help.
A note on what can be returned
Some items aren't eligible for return - for example, warranties can't be returned, and items fall outside the returns window after a certain period. If something on your order isn't eligible, we'll flag it clearly so you know where you stand.
Fees and estimated refund
Before you submit, you'll see a breakdown of any restocking fees that apply, along with your total estimated refund. That way there are no surprises later on.
Submitting your return
Before you can submit, you'll be asked to read and accept our returns policy. Once that's done, go ahead and submit your request.
What happens next
We'll review your request and get back to you by email. After it's approved, you'll receive packaging and shipping instructions to send the item back to us. Your refund will then be processed once we've received the item and inspected it.
You can keep an eye on your returns at any time from the order details page, where you'll see the current status and any updates from our team.
