How to purchase and register warranties

Finding and buying a warranty

You can shop for warranties just like any other product, using search and browse to find what you need. When you select a warranty, you'll see exactly which products it applies to, so you can be confident you're picking the right one.

You can also find warranties on the product pages of compatible items, listed alongside other related products — handy if you're already looking at the kit you want to cover.

Warranties can be added straight to a quote, the same way you'd add any other product.

Registering your warranty

Once you've purchased a warranty, you'll find it in your account space. Because the warranty is freshly bought, you'll need to complete your installation details to start the registration.

To register, you'll need the model and serial number of the item, along with the installation date and address. Once you've filled everything in, submit the details and our team will review them before passing the registration on to the manufacturer.

Tracking your application

You can keep an eye on the status of your warranty application at any time from the Warranties tab in your account space.

We'll let you know as soon as your warranty has been approved. Depending on the manufacturer, you'll either receive a certificate you can download, or a certificate reference. Either way, you'll find it on the warranty details page whenever you need it.
