Once you're happy with a quote, turning it into an order only takes a few clicks. Open the quote you'd like to complete and click the Convert to Order button.
If any of the products on your quote are out of stock, we'll let you know straight away and point you towards your Sales Manager, who can help you find the best way forward.
Finalising your order
Next, you'll move into the order finalisation step. Here you can review and update your contact details, delivery address, and preferred delivery date. As you make changes, your quote will adjust automatically to reflect them.
Choosing how to pay
You'll then be asked to choose a payment option. If you'd like to pay now, you can do so by credit or debit card. If you'd prefer to pay later, you can settle up by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer - whichever works best for your business.
Shipping and special requirements
Let us know if you have any special requirements for your delivery, and pick your preferred shipping method. The shipping options available will depend on the delivery address you've provided.
If there's anything else our Fulfilment Management Team should know, you can add comments at this stage and the team will review them before processing.
Completing your order
If you've chosen to pay now, you'll be taken through to complete your payment. Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation of your order on screen, and we'll send a confirmation email to you as well.
Making a Bank Transfer
If you've chosen to pay later, your order will be confirmed straight away and added to your order list with a status of Payment Due. You'll get a confirmation email from us, along with a prompt showing instructions on how to pay by bank transfer. We'll also send you reminder emails in the lead-up to your payment due date, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Once you've made the transfer, head to the order page and upload your proof of payment. If you're paying for several orders in one go, you can select multiple orders and apply the same proof of payment to all of them - no need to upload it more than once.
